Founded by Mitch Mitchem, a global keynote speaker, leadership visionary, and technology innovator, HIVE emerged from Mitch's unique journey at the intersection of human connection and technology. Mitch's success and that of HIVE is based on his incredibly diverse and powerful career journey.

Mitch's career began in entertainment, where he mastered the art of human connection. Performing for millions as a interactive performer, improv comedian, and creator of the hit show Comedy You Can Dance To, which ran in Chicago for over 15 years and at Universal Studios for nearly seven more. An alum of the SecondCity in Chicago, he developed an extraordinary ability to engage audiences and create meaningful connections. This foundation would prove invaluable in his future endeavors.

Next, as Senior VP at Eagle's Flight training and development company, Mitch transformed corporate training by facilitating experiential programs for over 100,000 participants across ten countries. He took what he learned about holding an audience's attention and turned it into a tool for transformation, large conference facilitation, and leadership development, revolutionizing how Fortune 500 companies approached learning and development.

His journey then led him to technology, where he founded High There, the world's first social network in the cannabis space. The app scaled to over 300,000 users in under eleven months, faster than Twitter's first year before he sold it. This experience taught him a crucial lesson that would become central to HIVE's mission: technology means nothing without the human element.

In founding HIVE, Mitch has assembled a team of world-class experts across technology, learning and development, and AI integration. This team is united by a shared mission: to help humanity thrive and work effectively in the future through frictionless AI technology, experiential learning, and AI enablement.
